I had no idea that Mary Poppins was real & living so close to me, Same with Dick Tracy, Michael Jackson, Michaeil Jordon, Jeffery Daumer...etc. All at the same address too.

No, Republican's aren't that blatant about their drug addictions. They don't use heroin...they use OxyContin. It's legal (with a prescription of course). Oh yeah, and it's stronger and more pure than street heroin, but it's LEGAL!

Actually heroin is as strong as it gets.
 
Well if you cut oxycontin it would be weaker as well. Referring to the pure stuff, heroin is the most potent it gets.

Uh no its not not by a long shot. Try some Fentanyl, they usually cut it with Heroin. fentanyl potency can be 10,000 times that of morphine (all threee are opoids) . . and there's plenty of others that are stonger in serveral classes.

Funny thing about Heroin, it's least damageing street drug (organ wise). Alcohol is one of the most damageing.

Crack sucks, it disolves the brain in a sense. The efficacy of it to penatrate the blood-brain barrier is like no other drug, often qwickly resuting in aphaias, thus an idiot voter/person. If you wern't stupid before you began to smoke it, you will be after a year or two.
 
I'm telling you from experience that it doesn't get any more potent than pure heroin. The brain simply cannot sustain any more of the narcotic effect without a pure unconscious nod. There are many other narcotics on the market that are similear in potency but none MORE effective than it's primary purpose which is that of killing pain or euphoria. After unconsciousness it doesn't make much of a difference. Alcohol is the most damaging yes because it has all the effects of a good narcotic but you have to soak your body and its organs in a powerful solvent to get the effect. As for morphine is concerned, well it's candy compared to these others.
 
Well, you may think that. But it's my experince that odds are that the "great herion" shots you ever had were actually OK herion with just a smidgeon of fentanyl cut into it.

It's easy to tell when fentanyl hits the streets, the herion morbity rates jumps everytime.

That's all entirely possible. I don't live in a part of the world that has a whole lot of heroin so i'm not an expert. It does however seem strange to me that one would cut fentanyl with heroin. My guess is that fentanyl is much more expensive as it is strictly a pharmacologically produced synthetic narcotic and i wouldn't think in great quantities either.
 
It is far more expensive, but if you can buy already cut or weak heroin cheaply, then cut 1:100 (or less) fentanyl/herion respectively. you now have some great herion that will sell hi-dollar.

Same type of thing is often done pot. You buy/grow 10lbs of pot that looks good but doesn't get you high for pennies on the dollar, spray it with toxic chemicals (the Raid spray story) You now have 10lbs of pot worth 5x what you paid for it because now it gets you high as a kite.

it's just good marketing from fucked-up point of view.

BTW, there's not too many drugs that aren't synthisized in clandestine labs these days,
