The New Macaw

just a little update on the new Macaw (stitch) and how shes getting along... she is getting along with the Citron Cockatoo (Meka) very well. they play all day long.
shes a little shy with some of the others for now.. also the New African Gray (Eggbert) is still at the breeders but has almost all her new feathers. will get pics soon. thats it for now.. I'll keep updating.

That's the kind I'd like, if I had any.
I can't afford them though, money-wise, or attention-wise. :crying4:

Don't those live like 350 years or so?

they do require lots of both...

about 50+ years for a large Macaw

I saw one in a circus, and they said it was that old :confused:

Yeah I may be getting them mixed up.
Now that I think about it, it seem like the pet shop guy said the
oldest species bird lived like 150 years, I just can't remember.

The old mem ain't what it used to be. :alienhuh:
