Expectations and ease.
Porn is just so much easier. You don't have to communicate with it, you don't have to care about it's feelings, you don't have to take it to dinner or remember it's birthday. It's always ready when you are, it never sleeps or has it's period.

Not exactly what I was thinking...other than the 'easy' part. That 'expectations' cut through both sexes. Men, for wanting their women to be 'perfect', and women, for wanting their men to be 'perfect'. The one thing we forget is that nobody can live up to our expectations in the real world. :shrug:

I don't know about that. I put up with a lot of crap from my wife...who will tell you that she puts up with a lot of crap from me. The issue is not learning. Its on living. If you truly live for the other person, and have put the feelings of your spouse above your own...bah...I don't have the words for it...
 
That's not quite what I mean. I mean that young guys are growing up with porn at the ready more so than ever...not that that is always problem but some are deciding that porn offers them a perfect women with a perfect body that demands zilch from him. In their confused little selfish walnut brains they have decided that that image is better than the not so perfect woman with demands of her own. Suddenly a real life girlfriend/wife is just not good enough or not worth the hassle.
In other words, it's easier to spank it to an image of a "perfect body" than try and turn a real woman on.

While porn offers perfect fantasies and women, it is still masturbating. I don't think anyone in their right mind would choose to fap watching a porno instead of having sex.
 
I want my women to be willing. Breathing helps too. Tonks is right though, I suspect there are any number of men who would fap to porn rather than going to the "trouble" of getting an actual woman to have actual sex with them. It's not enough for me but I'll bet it's enough for many. Besides, I kind of enjoy the thrill of the "hunt," the moment of delicious submission and the afterglow of a really good one. Of course I'm married now. I really only have to go in the next room and say, "Wanna screw?" :lol:

Given the option of a stack of porn in one part of the room or a hot chick in the other, I don't think many would choose the porn.
 
Wich means the ones who end up with the porn are having serious problems getting the hot chick in the first place.
 
Maybe you would if you had no idea what to say to the hot chick or if you were too selfish to care about the hot chicks feeling or emotions or if you said absolutely the wrong thing and the hot chick wanted nothing to do with you and you gave up or you were lazy and whacking off was easier than sex.

Lets go over the reasons...

1. Porn will never say no, or damage your emotional stability or ego.
2. You spend a lot less money on porn.
3. You can have as much porn as you like, and none of it will be jealous...etc, etc, etc...:D
 
4. Porn doesn't care about the state of your personal hygiene or the cleanliness of your living environment.
5. Porn never needs you to be supportive or live up to your responbilities.
