They're coming...

Yep, gonna be a noisy summer. The trees in my yard are just getting big enough to attract some.
 
Looks like you might want to make sure you have a bug sponge for when you wash your car.

These bugs don't swarm and can barely fly. The larvae usually emerge close to a tree then climb up the trunk and molt. You can find empty skin shells all over the tree trunks. If they do fly, it's not very far...so they're really not a big nusience hitting your car....just noisy as all hell.
