Donuts are supposed to be fattening & sinful. Otherwise they're really bad cakes.
 
mmm Krispy Kreme. The boss brought some in this morning. He usually doesn't. He's on a low carb, but I think he snuck one anyway.
 
well they better get on the ball and come out with a low carb doughnut. It would of course contain no bread and no sugar but... eh nevermind....

:shrug: entemann's came out with low-carb chocolate chip cookies....i never understood this until someone explained that they just increase the glutine (sp?) in the flour and that somehow does it...
