I've never understood the mentality of negotiating with someone that threatens suicide. If they really wanted to do it, they would have blown their brains out before now, and they wouldn't be where they are.
 
I've said it before and I'll say it again - one hour. If you can't get your shit together and let the rest of us get on with our lives in one hour, you're done - one way or the other.
