to get decals off of a truck

I personally recommend WD40 to remove glue. But you have to remove the top layer of plastic first.

ooooooook great!

pretty good that two girlie girls figured that out all by ourselves :lloyd:

but I knew we'd best oughta ask the menfolk to make sure :D

Well, you should know (from washing carpets and stuff) to always try new techniques on a hidden spot.

I have a handy dandy little tool specifically for that, but you use it on a die grinder and you need an air compressor to run that. I'm kinda betting you don't have either under the sink. ;)

I have a little air pig...no die grinder tho :p

oooooooooh tonks I hadn't thought of googone! I'll mention that one too :)

its graphic decals...advertising a business. my friend just bought a company truck and the sales stipulation was that she take the decals off...she doesn't wanna pay so we're gonna do it ourselves.

Alert!!!

When removing things like that, pull it back on itself. Most decals won't leave any glue, but if you don't pull it back over itself, it'll damage the paint.
