I think right here is a key statement, and maybe some of the reason behind the proposal:

Should the White House move, it would lose its designation as a National Historic Landmark.

Maybe nobody else cares. But I do.

If they don't pave the Alamo, Martin Luther King Jr's birthplace, and pay big bucks to spruce up Lawrence Welks house... then there is no reason that this monument of history should suffer either.

Ever stop to consider just how unpolitically correct
the Alamo is? Once the Mess-kins have re-conquered
the southwest, shouldn't they tear that place down?

For Texans to revere that monument to Imperialism
is an affront to all that is holy.

As for the southern White House it is a private institution
and if they can’t keep it goin’ then it will be bulldozed
and something ‘profitable’ built in it’s place.
