Urgent

yep, that's sorta urgent. and it blows :eh:

what happened? maybe the hose just came off of where it's supposed to be or popped/was popped out of the pipe and it's easily fixable?

*kids have done that to me a few times now*

I don't have my own laundry room. I do my laundry at my parents' house (their washer and dryer are both Kenmore).

Back again and happy to report after being threatened by a couple of sharks and one electric eel that the problem was a split hose.

I don't know that I would trust gum :confbang:

but then again I learned all I know from Red Green so what do I know?

I'd say it depends on the brand of the gum.

and whether or not duct tape was available

How can you live without duct tape at the ready? It's right up there after toilet paper in terms of necessity (but using duct tape when you run out of TP is a bad idea).

Actually, duct tape can be quite effective for that. Just touch it to the area, then pull away... don't wipe it.

I do believe that that is the one use for duct tape of which I hadn't yet heard.
