another crash tonight, killing it's two marine pilots. this time it's a Super-Cobra...


Squiggy, didn't you work on birds? If so, WTF? This makes about 7 & only one is potential enemy fire. You can have 'em.
 
Landing in the dust storm can be tough. But I have to admit, it shouldn't be that tough. Choppers are tricky in tight quarters but a good pilot makes it work. One of the biggest problems that I think they have is a loss of the proper 'depth of field' when they are using nightvision. Its been brought up by pilots many times and it keeps getting brushed aside as a non-issue. Perhaps this will change that.
 
That's must be why Posty drove tanks...helos are scary...cool but friggin dangerous.
