Vancouver Tries Free Heroin Program

Okay I don't mind working two jobs and have my tax dollars support healthcare or those who are "unable" to work and support their families,but come frikkin on ,even I have my limits on this stuff.

"They're using heroin. They'll continue to use heroin. What we're trying to do is prevent them from getting something irreversible like HIV, hep [hepatitis] C and overdose death,” said Dr. Martin Schechter, the director of the heroin program.

dollars but the junkies have a right to have you pay for their junk.

Abby a man of modest means is capable of werkin' two jobs certainly he can afford a few extra bucks here and there to do his part to provide junk for junkies???

It's not like he's trying to raise a family or anything is it?
