wc2002: Germany v Korea

i can see one of the two of them being there. for turkey, getting a result after the group game wil lbe really important. germany are playing pretty good but koreas attack is relentless.

if it were turkey v germany it'd be really interesting as there are huge turkish communities in germany. the atmosphere in frankfurt would be fantastic!
 
absolutely, they should have earned a draw in the group stage [the tackle that got awarded the penalty was way outside th box]. and then there was rivaldo's theatrics, bloody cheat [guy would've got sent off anyway but i hate unsportsman-like behaviour]

looks like being a tight game. i've been following text commentary, the german 'keeper made one excellent save and germany have been pressuring the korean goal with crosses.

michael ballck gives germany the lead shortly after picking up a yellow card that will rule him out of the final, should germany reach it. 10 or so mins left.

1-0 to the germany seems to be their chant, i wonder if they've been studying arsenal's strategy?
