If that was the point of the opening shots of the war, then why not simply avoid all this talk of war and start picking them off one at at time until the problem was solved. There have been new executive orders since then, I believe repealing that. If not, we all know how excutive orders work. You write up whatever you feel like, and if congress doesn't oppose the pres gets his way. Like that one where Slick Willie repealed the law forbidding the use of nuclear weapons on nonnuclear states. If it wasn't for public opinion, Billy Boy really opened up a lot of opportunty with that executive order.

I didn't like the way the country was going with Bilbo in their one bit.

I though when we told Europe, NO THANKS in the late 1700's, it meant for good. Bilbo seems to have wanted to unite the US and Europe again even economically with many of his policies.
