President George W Bush is responsible for global warming, thus he is responsible for the weather phenomena known as hurricanes. President GW Bush doesn't like blacks. Put them together & we have W forming, steering, strengthening & finally landing Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans...a city predominately populated by Negro-Americans.

A city, in a state, both of which have been run by Democrats for over half a century & still, the state, and the city, have above average unemployment, above average crime rates, above average welfare recipients. A state run by a white woamn who loved John Kerry & a city run by a black man...both of which must hate blacks, if you use Democrat rules to judge. A liberal mecca that has, surprise!!!, failed.

Using judgement principles set by Democrats, Michael Brown is no longer the Katrina cleanup boss. Fair enough. Why then is this front so quiet?

Here are the highlights...
Kofi Annan, UN secretary-general, and his senior advisers mismanaged the $64 billion programme

Iraq was able to rake in $1.7 billion under the programme. In addition, Saddam Hussein earned more than $10 billion in oil-smuggling profits outside it, often with the knowledge of the 15-member Security Council.

Mr Annan's son Kojo, 31, took advantage of his father's position...

Iraq tried to channel millions of dollars to bribe Boutros Boutros-Ghali, former UN secretary-general, who set up the programme in 1996...

It also accused Alexander Yakovlev, a Russian, of receiving nearly $1 million in bribes, mainly from contractors outside the oil-for-food programme

It's not so much that the UN can't fire Koffi. The UN won't fore Koffi. It goes like this...We don't like Koffi, so he's already a front-runner. Africa has more delegates, so he's nudged up a bit further. We don't have the votes to remove him, and, even if we did, we don't have anybody willing to replace him.
