When is it enough?

I saw this story the other day, got disgusted & quickly realized it's just another piece of trash in a long line of trash. Todays radio shows discussed it a little & one brought back some memories.

In the 90's, the people that had proof that Clinton lied before a grand jury & wanted him impeached & removed from office were called Angry White Guys, remember that? The left talked about how we're all going to die of heart explosions & we shoul djust relax, maybe get a blow job ourselves (of course, missing the point entirely).

Silly us, the left would never act that way. Or would they?

Follow the bouncing ball:
  • Selected, not Elected
  • What did he know & when did he know it
  • WMD's are a lie
  • He's worse than Hitler
  • He's worse than Saddam Hussein
  • He's wiorse than the terrorists

Pretty funny actually. When one doesn't work, make the charge grander...since all that matters to socialist democrats are the intentions.

Well, maybe this is too far.

In Nicholson Baker's new novella, "Checkpoint," a man sits in a Washington hotel room with a friend and talks about assassinating President Bush.

Books have played roles in certain American tragedies. Timothy McVeigh handed out copies of "The Turner Diaries" before the Oklahoma City bombing. John Hinckley Jr., would-be assassin of Ronald Reagan, and Mark David Chapman, who killed John Lennon, both carried copies of "The Catcher in the Rye." James Edward Perry followed 22 of the recommendations in "Hit Man: A Technical Manual for Independent Contractors" in the 1993 Silver Spring contract killings of Mildred Horn, her quadriplegic son, Trevor, and Trevor's nurse, Janice Saunders, according to prosecutors.

Washington Post

So you aggree with the aggrandized charges. YOu think that Geoerge W Bush is satan incarnate & should be removed from office ASAP. Alright, I'll allow you those illogial feelings.

But I must ask, for the sake of the nation as a whole;

When is enough enough? A book about assassinating the sitting President of the United States, especially during a time of active war....When is enough enough?

Thanks. Kind of brings into sharp focus my contention that other than rhetoric, there really aren't that many differences between those far to the left and those far to the right, doesn't it?

Good point about missing the point about Clinton, BTW.

Oh, re the book, extremely poor taste, but freedom of expression...

Yup people on the left always want to
equate themselves with people on the Right?

side of things lol

You're daring to compare a legal & just charge of Perjury to a manual designed to avoid prosecution while enticing the psychopathic wing of the enemy party (they've moved past opposing party)?

My question stands....when is enough enough? Where is the moral outrage & indignation of the upstanding & courageous left? Maybe there are none remaining.
