Question:

If we put out the word that we would collect the bodies, or parts thereof, of all terrorists who perpetrate crimes against innocents and cut out their heart, replace it with the heart of a pig, sew the body into a pigskin, and bury the thing in unhallowed ground in a secret location; would that be considered "torture?

don`t know, but if you do do that, I just want to make sure I am not on the same bus, car, city as you.

All you will do is create more terrorists that way.

It would have the opposite effect; because they would never enter the kingdom of Heaven, or sit on the right hand of Allah, or get their 72 virgins.

If they knew that going in, that they would be banished to limbo for all eternity, they wouldn't be so hot to trot to go on these missions. Only the most hardcore type who was willing to sacrifice eternity for the cause would be perpetrating these crimes.

Right now they have this fervor that is driven by false promises of paradise.

If someone threatened to desicrate the corpses of your soldiers, would you say "Ok, I am going to stop doing what they don't want me to do" or get outraged and fight.

Five years after he exempted al Qaeda and Taliban members from the Geneva provisions, Bush signed an executive order requiring the CIA to comply with prohibitions against "cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment" as set down in the conventions' Common Article 3.

2007 is when he started following the geneva conventions, the last of which was signed in 1949. We decided not to follow accords of which his country was a signatory.

How so? They were intentionally left out. Wanna have a war? Join the army of your choice. Wanna blow shit up and stay protected? Too bad.

There is an easy out to that...a uniform. As little as a bandanna attached to the left, or right, arm of all combatants would qualify them as an army. All it takes is one identifiable piece of clothing that would seperate them from the civilians.

I figured you'd squat and pee. Proved me right. You have no plan. You just sympathize with the devil.

Squat and pee? WTF does that mean? You don't like women? I'm sure they don't like you very much either.

What does it prove exactly if I ask you to back up your silly claims before you ask me stupid questions?

Report away. Perhaps you should have read this before you wandered in here.

Maybe you should read the AUP part about personal attacks before you spout off.

You obviously can't hold an intelligent conversation and NEED to use personal attacks when your logic is shot to hell but don't try and act justified about it. It's weak so just admit you're weak already.

You are the one that wants to do away with freedoms and ethics the founders of this country stood for. That makes you the Anti-American one.

You are the one standing up for policies that have made America less safe and increased terrorism. That makes you the terrorist supporter.

So until you can say something intelligent on the matter instead of your stupid rhetoric "anyone who disagrees with me hates America" bullshit just fuck right off and go take a class or something.

Try these. If any are incorrect, I expect you will correct me.

I get so fucking tired of correcting you all the time. Try basing your claims on facts or something Jimbo.

You are for habeas corpus for these people.

You are for keeping possibly innocent people detained indefinitely? That's anti-American. If they did something bring them up on charges.

You are against the U.S. extracting intel from them by any means possible.

You don't care whther it's legal or illegal? That's anti-American. I'm for legal methods.

You defend these people who cut the heads off of people, burn them alive, etc. and decry some broad putting a pair of women's panties over a Muslim's head as "torture".

Where did I do that? Don't lie Jim. It just makes you look like more of an idiot.

You want them treated as prisoners of war under the Geneva Convention even though they do not conform to the tenets of that convention.

Where did I say that Jim? Who are you even talking about?

You want a time table for the withdrawal of all troops from Iraq.

You are for invading countries that were no threat and are not centers of terrorism. Which of course has made us less safe and increased terrorism? That's Anti-American and Pro-Terrorist.

All of the above gives aid and comfort to the enemy.

You seem to making quite a case for yourself being one of the enemies of America.

Empty & baseless. :bs:

It's war. These are enemy combatants. If they were soldiers, they'd be under different rules.

This is not a criminal matter. They are not American citizens nor did they commit a crime on American soil. No habeus corpus for them. So sad.

Actually it's well documented.

Seems you missed the memo that US Citizens, Canadian, and whoever else they feel like classifying as an "enemy combatant" may be held indefinitely. Even if they weren't involved in any "combat".

Have you been sick? Haven't seen you around here since the 20th. Are the hallucinations continuing? You are ranting like a madman -- blathering incomprehensibly. Hope you get better soon.

"pro-terrorist" ha ha ha. man you sure got that pom pom shit down. you should be a journalist.

yeah i'm sure spike's running a madrasa in his back yard.

What? You have proof of this so-called madrasa? If so, do you have any proof this school has ties to terrorism? Those are some rather dire allegations against spike you're making...:D...like he would have the background to actually run a religious school......
