That might be enough to run the relic of an air conditioner I've got in the livng room. It's an old GE 6000-BTU unit that spins the disc in my electric meter at roughly twice the rate as the 5,200-BTU GoldStar unit in my bedroom I bought last year.

The neatest thang aboot Z-Pinch is how
similar it is to the way it uses X-ray radiation
the same way thermonuclear weapons do, to create fusion.

Even right down to the Styrofoam!
 
And it may be the most promising method to
produce fusion for power generation AND
this thing belongs to the U.S. guberment!

Wouldn't it be a kick in the nads if the
Military Industrial Complex held the patent
for Fusion?
