anybody know anything about it? Can't find squat. Mfg date 1996. I've got one & need to get a cable to hook it up & would like to know if it's worth it.

My Compaq presario 1725S hasn't been supported in ages either. Its the next weakest link that needs to be dealt with in my setup.

What's your rear port look like? Should be BNC connectors on a monitor that size. 4 or 5. Let me know and I'll get you a part number, and maybe even ship you out the cable. They're pretty easy to make.

I've got access to a cable, thanks though. "Video Input" & "Serial I/O" are the connection possibilities. What the hell is serial I/O?

That's usually for stuff like security cameras.

It's hooked up but the fine tuning requires DOS software. Are there any screen stretching proggies, preferably freeware, available?

I've got a screen rotater, but not any screen stretchers.
