This morning, a fellow teacher and myself were preparing our lessons for the day in my room and she asked what day it was. I told her "it's September 7th" ... and after thinking about it, I said .. "hey, isn't this the anniversary for the bombing of Pearl Harbor? Geez, I haven't heard anything about it on the radio or on tv" .. she just rolled her eyes and said "that's December 7th, you dork!" ...

Man, do I suck or what? Guess it's a lucky thing I don't teach history, huh?
