CNN Crossfire

Guess what I saw today on CNN's Crossfire show?

A reverend wants to ban Harry Potter. Now, dont get me wrong, I'm not a fan of the series at all, but when faced with such brute stupidity, one must take the side of reason.

Apprently, he doesn't want kids learning about witchcraft. He thinks it's wrong seeing the dark arts shown to kids as 'cool'.

Too cute for words
Hector, is this the first you've heard of this? It has been going on since before the first book was released. I live in the bible belt, and we have "christians" picketing theatres where the movies are shown and bookstores where they sell the books. Assholes and idiots.

What worries me more is the existance of politicians that will surely corroborate with that. And the fact that is we as a people who elect them...

Well the craze over the franchise will always win over the stupidity.

The craze IS stupidity.

Some right wing idiot will no doubt go along with this.
