Too cute for words
It's an 80 gig Maxtor, it was in a box of old drives ant the computer show yesterday. I paid ten bucks, worth a shot you know. Anyway, it seems to work but fails the S.M.A.R.T. test. Built in July 02, warrantied through July 05, so I figure RMA. When I go through the stuff at the Maxtor website, I get a message to contact the computer manufacturer. Anyone got any ideas?
