lack of hostility and lack of hatred of any kind. no enemies no fear of violence of any kind

That is what it is in my opinion: something that can never be achieved, an impossibility. :shrug:

Doesn't mean one can't find it within, but it will never exist as a worldwide condition.

She's right Gonz. As long as there are humans involved there will never be peace. Too much aggression in our firmware. As for a definition, freako's works okay.

Peace, to me, is the extreme sacrifice [sp?] on two or more parties so that neither/none may be in additional danger because of the other.

meh...

I'm a walking, talking dictionary...
