Favorite One-Liners?

I've got a favorite one-liner that I got from Calvin & Hobbes of all places. It brings a smile to my face whenever it pops into mind.

Calvin (as Tracer Bullet Private Eye) open up a drawer of his desk and says
"I keep two Magnums in my desk drawer...One I keep loaded, and the other keeps me loaded"

*In the drawer is a .45 Magnum and a Magnum of Bourbon*

There's a certain skill in conveying more than mere words, but imagery, humour, sadness, anger etc... within one mere line of text. Do you have favorite(s) one-liners?
