Want a garlic dip? Eat with salads, chicken, other meats, vegetables... whatever... 
Ingredients:
Put the garlic in the food processor. Add salt while processing, and add the egg. Beat for one minute.
Add the oil very very slowly while it is beating. When finished, beat for one minute.
Add the lemon juice very slowly while it is beating.
Thats all there is to it And the stuff is reeeeaaaly good. You can increase / decrease the garlic to your preference, and add other herbs if you want

1 cup of vegetable oil (corn, canola)
juice from one lemon, squeezed
1 teaspoon of salt
1 full head of galic
