OK, then I have a few questions. (If someone will humor me)

What IE version are you using, AND when you use the "search" built in to it... does it say "brought to yu by ShopNav Search"?

I am wondering if I have that new DNS virus that wont lket me access certian sites on the net. My Virus scan finds nothing, nor does Adaware..

there is a new virus going about so make sure you are well up to date with your virus checker. though that in itself iis no real help as I found out only recently. (opened an email that had the blaster worm within it!!)
the new virus is called Qhost and is a trojan check your DNS settings in the ipconfig, the trojan if there aparantly starts with 69.57xxxx or 216.127.xxxx so be aware as this one does some really nasty things to your comp in all areas. at least this is what another forum was saying.

I've got a system at work that has that one. Spybot.D I think was the name of the virus found. Might be another one, but I'd check out symantec's website and see what you get for removal/scan utilities.

In the meantime, I'd call your ISP and get the real DNS servers put in there.

Hmm, I did have a sticky Google about a week ago.........although that's prolly more to do with the shitty IP I was using, rather than the sight itself :eh:
