ive seen two things on that list but cant we only vote one? i saw aurora borealis(though it wasnt very bright in md we could see it) and eclipses.

In what way do you mean phosphorescence?

Otherwise seen alot of other weird stuff like Clear sky lightening. In other words all of a sudden above me there was lightening with not a cloud in the sky? About 5 minutes after that though clouds formed and it rained 1/2" in about 20 minutes. One of the oddest things I have ever seen in my life.

All but Ball Lightning , Tornado .If you,ve ever been to the ocean and watched the waves on a perfectly dark night ,they give off a "green glow"I believe that to be Phosphorescence too.I've also seen a Lightning bug so I'm covered anyway

ive only been in one hurricane and it was weak. i dont know how you can see it unless your talking about the damages unc
