Hi,
i would like to upload a databese (sql file), which cotains 40 tables and the size 15.2 MB.

the problem is that i dont have telnet service for the hosting provider
is there any solution to upload huge sql files ?

Generally databases that large would cause a timeout error on a slow server and the only way you can import them is through logging into mysql from your SSH account. You will either have to ask your host to import it for you, or ask them for SSH access so you can do it yourself.
