I pretty much don't know where any of those places are so how bout this ... if y'all come to Hawai'i, me and ku'u will stick by our word and host you ... we'll even let you try some Mehana Beer and Ale (made right here on this island :)) ... of course, you'll probably have to sleep on the floor in one of our houses (we live on either sides of a duplex) and have to deal with our kids (her's will be born in June - mine are all grown and have the wisests mouths ever .. don't know where they got that from *confused*) ... but hey - it's Hawai'i .. what the hell else better ya got to do? :D
