'Ohana means family

I'm typing up curriculum for K-2 ... and one goal of the Family Unit states:

Students will be able to define 'ohana and illustrate how 'ohana communicate, help each other, and solve problems together.

Yikes! All I can hear is a classroom full of kids saying [lilo & stitch]'ohana means family[/lilo & stitch].
