Pretty close. Something about the ears and the shape/size of the mouth.

I'm 32. Just aging gracefully. Actually that pic is a couple years old too, the blonde locks on the left are my wife, she made me cut her out of the pic.
 
I am, kinda, from my first wife. I've said a few things about my ex. But got remarried about three years ago.

Well it was entirely possible :p :D we do need clarification from the person to whom it belongs to, and he posted now in the townhall that it is.
