this is worse than pathetic. its below that. the dog attacked a woman. the lady(im using that term loosely) walking the dog should have had some kind of control of the dog. who cares if she knew whether or not it would kill? the point is that she was walking the dog when it attacked. whats wrong with that judge? and only the womans husband went to jail? maybe my criminal justice teacher was wrong. he said and i quote WE ARE ALL EQUAL UNDER THE LAW. she should also have served time.and both of them are guilty of letting the animal they had and since it is under their name when it attaced i feel they are both guilty of letting the animal do that.
