It's not the job of the federal government. Especially since slavery is outlawed.
 
The republicans and democrats were right. The federal government is best equipped to handle it and it's going to save a lot of lives.

It would have saved a lot of money if we had done it much earlier.

Oh, I'm serious. In all the countries that have better healthcare results than us while spending far less the federal government is involved.
 
Do all those countries have 300,000,000 people?

Their government is involved in every aspect of their life. That is bad, unless you prefer socialism.
 
The countries have various population sizes and their government is not involved in every aspect of their lives.
