Not really Banned
For those of you that read slashdot.com this will be a repost link (NYT free registration req.) . Apparently the RIAA has come out saying that they will oppose government backed digital rights management. While this isn't a very big consession for them or gain for "us", it gives them +1 pt. from me (-457326 + 1 = -457325).
Though i think this story loses that point and a couple more (-457325 + -2000 = -459325)
