Okay, I'm still taking the blood-thinners. I exercise at least four times a week (usually more) and finally got into a cardiac maintenance program at the medical center's gym. I feel better than I've felt in years.
OTOH, I still eat pizza (once in a while anyway), drink beer (prof wouldn't call it that) and hang out occasionally in smokey blues clubs.
