Since Sunday is Super Bowl and also Rusty's birthday and our 7-year anniversary, he decided we needed to go to the gourmet food supermarket and buy FOOD FOOD FOOD.
For dinner I had a shepherd's pie, he had spicy chicken breast, dumplings, french bread and pate.
Currently in our kitchen/fridge:
Chips and salsa
Pumpkin ravioli
Pomodoro sauce
French bread and pate
Fresh-ground espresso
Fresh-ground vanilla hazelnut coffee
All the makings for swedish meatballs (tomorrow's dinner)
All the makings for Tirmasu (tomorrow's dessert)
Chocolate rugelach
Godiva hot cocoa
Everything is either organic or made by the store today ('cept for the hot cocoa)
There goes my diet. Again.
So what's on your plates this weekend?
