Article 1, Section 8...if you look at section 10 you'll notice they did limit the states from invading other countries. Just not themselves.

The other day, they were disussing the Michigan law that was about to come down upon the woman who was watching a couple of neighbor kids before they go on the schoolbus.

People were calling & saying the law was dumb, etc, etc. Then someone, a victim of the public education system, called. His suggestion was to write a law allowing people to do this. ALLOWING?!??!?!?! Hey, last time I checked, the system was setup so that if it's not specifically denied, then it's legal.


Granted, our legislators & busy-body neighbors find it necessary to limit or regualate damn near everything (which is much the reason for this forum-to bitch about such intrusion) but it's sad to see the progressive run education system is training our folks so well.
