So..a friend gave me an ATI 128Pro Rage video card...nice guy, eh?

I take out my old card (Ati II) and replace it with the new one..including drivers... but it's slower on the video side. OTC scrolls sluggishly, and my PShop is slower.
Any ideas?

fuhgetabout it. I don't know WTF I did, but it's humming now bay-be!

run DXdiag > play; then set hardware acceleration to full in the advanced tab of your settings.

Get the latest drivers too from ATI.
