i got the mp3 in the title on my birthday but it hasnt worked at all. i cant get any kind of downloads to it adn the screen that says i should see says there is no portable device although its probably been plugged in and downloaded into the comp several times and should be recognised but apparently its not. what the hell is wrong with it? its pissing me off
