Want to trade: MB for CPU

I have a K7S5A Pro(purple) motherboard that's in excellent shape, it has about a months use on it and i'd like to trade it for an Athlon cpu of equal value if anyone has one sitting around they don't need. The mb comes in the original box with driver disk and manual.
