we gonna win, of course ;)

the bbc are showing the 1970 group game as a nostalgia trip and warm up for all the footy fans. gordon bank's great save, the awesome football talent of the brazillians, franny lee's karate chop to the keepers head, defender's legs.... D

england have won the toss to be home team. we've opted for the white shirts so brazil will play in blue [tv rules apparently]. psychological victory, england 1-0!

I remember i saw the Mexico 70 game, they repeated it on tv the last cup.

You knew the best football players crown themselves in Mexico.

I hope we have another world cup soon.
 
I hope the English take the marbels. Screw Brazil. Bunch of damn doped up-gorilla-Canadian-kidnapping- hoodlums. :D
 
Pele has said that the Winner of Brazil-England will take home the cup. At this stage I'm tending to agree with him..

Although it would be cool to see Spain come out on top too.. :)
 
i'm just hoping that no matter what the result it's as good a game as the 1970 one, although the tackles were pretty brutal :D
 
I don't care if it's a really awful game, as long as Brazil lose.. :D

And as my warm--up to the Brazil-England game, I went out today and bought myself an official team jersey.. for Spain.. :D
