Okay, I'm having problems accessing one forum.
It says there's an error trying to connect to the server.

The error I get is:

Description: Can't connect to the server.
Additional info: Error code: 10061

Any ideas??

That error code (10061) means that the server is not accepting
connections. This is a TCP/IP error, usually attributed to WINSOCK. Typically, this has something to do with a firewall configuration or client side software (you).

Anyway, very bizaare, the problem fixed itself up, *looks at modem funny* not sure what it was, I'm assuming it was something to do with my connection (DUH), but without touching anything, it fixed itsself up... but thanks for you willingness to help
