    Roe v Wade says privacy isn't absolute.

    20 years later, privacy is once again overruled.

    As long as cash is available. privacy, in some form can exist, at least in the market. However, ATM, then debit cards, were introduced to move us towards a cashless society. Records on everything, everywhere, all the time.
