This asshole says he was racially profiled, but the very first paragraph says this...

BOSTON - The top official in charge of fighting racial profiling for the American Civil Liberties Union says he was the victim of profiling at the Boston airport, and he has gone to federal court to challenge a screening technique that relies on suspicious behavior to identify potential terrorists.

Now, as far as I can tell, the suspicious behavior he showed was no producing ID when asked. Looks like another case of false alarm. His actions caused his treatment, not his race.

He's looking for loops. An infiltrator perhaps?

No, no, no. You see ... his race is the reason for his behavior. Since he's black, there's a heightened chance of him already being guilty of a crime, and handing over his documentation would possibly subject him to arrest for that. So, it's perfectly in character for his race to not turn over those papers, and those troopers should have been aware of that, and been more sensitive to his racial needs.
