XP CD Burning

Does this built in utility finalize the CD after it finishes burning it or leave it open for further burning?

If I recall correctly, it is not finalized. It's been awhile (and few) since I've done it.

I think you can choose to finalize it at the end? I'm at home on my win2K box, but if I can be arsed to walk down the hall later to the wife's office I'll check it out.

I just did some small video files onto one last week and it wasn't finalized. I was able to add a couple more yesterday.

I'm pretty sure they are not finalized. I don't recall an option to finalize actually.

I think you're right PT; I just use xp for cdrw's; use nero and emc7 for cds/dvds.
