I see alot of things here that are technically "oxymorons" but they are not common phrases. They are just two words that mean the opposite stuck together.

What you are looking for is a phrase that is common use that is an oxymoron.

Military Intelligence is a good example.

I almost never here phrases like "honest lawyer" used in common language, and using a phrase like "good god" is more personal opinion than a true oxymoron. Well some might say that about military intelligence so Ill concede on that.

You are confusing the political meaning with the behavorial component.

I am very consevative financially, and environmentally. Does saving money and turning the water off while you brush strike anyone as "non compassionate"?
