I put the "s" that's supposed to be on the end of one word on the beginning of another.... and tend to write word as work apparently.

I always seem to switch "ng" to "gn", as in "everythign." I also find random numbers in the middle of words.

Plus, the Mac I use at work has a shift key that I swear does not work when I try to make a capital "T."
