The roof of a large store like a Walmart would be really nice. Walls are very strong, flat, and vertical. Roof is wide and flat. Only one or two entrances, and they'd all be long ladders ending in a trap door onto the roof, which you could just put something heavy over. Even if they got up, they'd have to go up the ladder single file.
Might be a ladder, or might be stairs...I've seen both in commercial buildings.
Drive around one. There are half a dozen non-door ways into a store that size (ventilation being the most obvious)

Front Entrance
Front Exit
Warehouse entrance/exit
Trash compactor door
2 garage doors in install bay
1 regular door by install bay
truck loading dock warehouse garage door, and regular door next to it.
Ventilation's all on the roof though, or at least very high up on the walls.
Depends on the strength of the zombies, whether or not a big heavy steel door with a deadbolt is enough to stop them getting in.
