Seriously! I want to know how he did it. Particularly the interlacing of the Hitler figure. Good job...

I'm not sure how long it took, somewhere around 30-60 minutes including finding the images I think. It's all in Photoshop using mostly layers, different opacity erasers, and zooming in for detail work.
