In fact it was glowing like you'd expect a 60watt bulb and then i noticed it was getting brighter. I was kind of wierded out being overly tired so i reached down to grab it and turn it off when it literally exploded in my face! I couldn't believe it the thing blew apart in 100 pieces. I was fortunate the bulb was made of plastic and not glass or i'd have a face full of shrapnel.
I'm still trying to picture the physics of how the damn thing could actually explode.
Sorry to hear about that, man! Damn terrorists. Be careful next time, though. You never know what terrorists will be cooking up next time.
