A new prison

Easier to shoot through fences too. It's a double row of fence, with Razor wire at the tops. I know the rules at the old prison right now is that there is a yellow line about five feet away from the wall. You cross the line, you get shot. I'm sure it will be similar at the new place.
 
Ever since the riot we had back in '59. That one could have been avoided with a few well placed shots at the start of it, but the govenors orders at the time were not to. Ever since then the Dept of Corrections has been given the power to use deadly force when necessary. Really cuts down on the rioting. :D
 
Maybe they should've tried that with the secure asylum centre they rioted at and burnt down over here? :D
